QUIZ RECAP

The team formerly know as Titty Sprinkles (pictured second) named themselves after their teammate Chris in honor of his last King Trivia game at Bar Food.  It turns out Chris is moving to San Francisco and won't  be able to join his friends for a regular Sunday night trivia game any more.  Good thing the Chris team finished in the top three to send him off in style.  They started the night off very strong with two successful double downs back to back and jumped to an early lead.  Right on their six was Shave My Back (pictured first), who were consistent with their pursuit towards the winner's circle.  They tried to match Chris in every round but were still 10 points behind in the end of the 5th round.  Things changed drastically when the handout round was distributed and the Shave My Back leader said, "Good thing I have been reading comics my whole life."  It was a super hero matching round; matching the hero to the source of their power.  Even though Chris got 10 out of 10, Shave My Back caught up to them when they successfully doubled down in that super hero round.  From there, it was all down to round 7's list round.  I asked them to name the top 10 highest grossing Tom Cruise films according to Box Office Mojo.  Chris only named 5 where as Shave My Back named 8.  That was it, the deciding round that named Shave My back the winner and Chris the first runner up.  Not to be forgotten, Just Here for Beer went home with their second straight third place title.  Congratulations to them as well as everyone else that got out of their homes on Sunday night!  Good luck in San Francisco, Chris!  Don't forget about your Titty Sprinkles!
