About Mollusk

Mollusk opened on Halloween 2015. We are South Lake Unions newest and oldest brewpub. We focus on the craft of brewing and cooking, utilizing modern technologies and improvements to the industry while honoring time-tested technique and methods.

 

Being in the Northwest means we have access to wonderful produce and use local sourced products as much as possible. Our menu changes with the seasons and we serve as much food from scratch as we can, whether it be charcuterie, bread or vinegar.

It was one of the best nights that Mollusk has ever had for trivia on a beautiful night in this South Lake Union Seattle brewery. Safety First, Then Teamwork proved that it pays to be safe in winning and only using double or nothing when they felt they were 100% sure they had all the answers correct.

Just of their pace was our second place team Quizzy McQuizface, who despite being the ilk of one of the biggest names in trivia history (McQuizface), was unable to truly challenge for the winning spot.

In what was a huge comeback after a few rough weeks the bartenders were able to not give out any free beer as they bested all of the non-winning teams. This is a large change after previous weeks where pitchers were being handed out like candy.
