QUIZ RECAP

Wowey wowwow wowsers! The bar was hopping on Wednesday night for King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills! (Remind me never to say wowey wowwow wowsers ever again.) But seriously though both rooms of the bar were full of trivia players ready for 7 rounds of awesomeness and a drinking round.

Speaking of the drinking round, actual drinking was involved in the drinking round this week, and since only 3 teams of the 9 decided to play the drinking round, I decided to play with them. What did we have to do you ask? Well I was getting there if you would just give me a second to tell you. We had to chug a beer through a straw, and whoever finished it first would win a round of shots for their team. So, not only did I play (and beat everyone) but I also filmed the whole round and posted it on YouTube for your enjoyment HERE! Watch it now!

As far as the game goes, we had three clear winners on Wednesday night with no tiebreaker. However the third place team the Mighty Mighty Puffins were in second place the entire night until the very last round when another team doubled down in the final round to take the 2nd place prize. The Puffins scored 57 points and won a $10 gift certificate.

The second place team basically stayed in the middle of the pack until the very last round when their only successful double or nothing came in the final round but it was enough to take 2nd place with 61 points and a $20 gift certificate.

And last but certainly not least, the Survivors could not be caught all night long! They started the night in round 1 with a succesful double or nothing from the very get go. They finished with a whopping 76 POINTS, 15 poimts higher than their nearest competitors. Hope they have fun with their $30 gift certificate.
