QUIZ RECAP

1. Trivia Thursday is always raucous at the Rok House, and today was no different. The winners, Born 2 Runner Up, took an early lead but lost it after an unsuccessful Double or Nothing on Round 3. Never quite out of the fight, though, they retook the lead on a wild Round 7, getting all ten answers correct for a successful Double. Although, the most interesting turn of the night was during Round 4, and the subject of Tim Tebow came up. Well, you know, he had just signed a minor league baseball contract with the Mets, and I couldn't resist asking for the crowd's opinion. Funny enough, the conversation quickly devolved into a list of great College Quarterbacks who sucked in the NFL (our drunken list included Ryan Leaf, Jamarcus Russel, Matt Leinart, and Mark Sanchez, although someone pointed out that the last one was still in the league). Anyways, after a few minutes, I realized that I hadn't even read out the correct answer. No one seemed to mind. Really, majorly fun night.
