There was something special in the air tonight as multiple teams gave me a thanks for the quiz. I always appreciate an appreciative crowd and was happy to return the favor with a riveting bonus round for the beer.
This week was naming foods by letter and MAN did I sure let a lot slide. J is for Jack Daniels? Sure, I suppose as long as it goes in your mouth it counts as food.

It's been a while, but we had old favorite team back in action at Public House. When people ask me what is the best team name I've ever heard, I tell them it's hands down QUIZTEAMA AGUILERA. It's a name that broke the pun-o-meter and hopefully they don't break my heart by going so long without coming into trivia next time.
We also had something happen that is just as rare, but equally exciting as a solar eclipse. Maybe once every few years, the team known as "The Number of Homeless Dudes Sean Has Blown Is.." ends up scoring a very appropriate number of points. Tonight was that night! Just like when looking at the sun, make sure your safety goggles are on Sean, you don't want to hurt your eyes.
