About Elysian Brewing - Tangletown

Elysian-Tangletown opened in 2003 in the south Greenlake area of Seattle. With only 80 seats, Tangletown offers an intimate, neighborhood brewery/bistro experience and feels reminiscent of European cafes. Experimental, festival and one-off specialty beers are brewed on site, some of which make it into general production and provide an exciting array of new (and favorite old) beers. The Avatar Jasmine IPA was first brewed here.

King Trivia at Elysian Brewery Tangletown was the place to be tonight! Emilio Estevengeance has been dominating trivia lately and tonight was no different- they finished in First Place by 10 points! In Second place was M.O.Deez Nuts and in third place, Orange Trumpsuit, holding it down as an army of one!

One of the team members of M.O.Deez Nuts is 6'10" - by far the tallest player of the night. I couldn't resist getting a photo with him, however he didn't even fit into the selfie [pictured above].

Elysian Brewery gets a makeover next week, so there will be NO TRIVIA on July 24th! Trivia will return the following week to the freshly renovated space- new look but same tasty brews! Come out and enjoy the classiest game in town!

It's the most beautiful time of year in Seattle and the best time of the week at Elysian Brewery Tangletown... KING TRIVIA! We had another seven stunning rounds of brain draining trivia this week: everything from Jason Bourne and graphic novel creators to naming the top nine most consumed vegetables in the US and Netflix original TV series.

Coming out on top in first place was Captain Mike & His Privates, followed by Emilio Estevengeance in second place and Los Medranos in third place.

Curious about those top nine consumed veggies in the US? From retail outlets (not including frozen, canned or juiced) ...

We celebrated the red, white, and blue with three rounds of 'Merica themed trivia in our tantalizing night of King Trivia at Elysian Brewery Tangletown this Monday night at 7PM!

You had to know a bit about the good old U S of A to do well tonight, here's a sample of one of the patriotic questions:

The Committee of Five were a group of five men who drafted and presented to Congress what would later become America's Declaration of Independence. Who were the members of the Committee of Five?

First place went to the reigning champions Emilio Estevengeance! Finishing in second place was Trav Facts (who had the most amazing dog on their team, pictured above). And in third place was Orange Trumpsuit!

Lots of guests kept the party going afterward and took advantage of the Elysian's full bar and 16 taps. Join us next week at Elysian Brewery Tangletown at 7PM for the best night of your trivia playing life!
