Well that was brutal! Despite an almost unanimous correct guess of David Beckham in round 4, teams struggled with most of the other rounds and everyone tanked their double downs! Your humble Quizmaster could only stand by and commiserate (and offer chili cheese fries).
Speaking of chili cheese, Do It For The Sam (pictured) confidently announced that they were going to win that round, and win they did, guessing closest to the correct number of recognized AKC dog breeds. Well done pups!

An absolute nail-biter here at OB's Pub and Grill. 10 teams entered the arena with money on their minds and chili fries on the menu.
Hot For Cheesecake, newcomers to the pub, took the early lead with a Round 1 Double, and they held on for dear life through some difficult trivia.
The Wallets of El Segundo came with their usual fervor and expertise, but they found themselves dogged by the incredibly talented Here For A Good Time and Insert Shitty Team Name Here.
At the break, Here for a Good Time blew the roof off with an Irish Jig and Song, earning their table the coveted Chili Fries, as well as eternal bragging rights.
Round 6 flipped the leader board, with ISTNH rising up to 2nd and knocking Wallets down the 3rd. It all came down to the final questions.
While every other round seemed to confound our players, Round 7 proved a crowd pleaser with 7 teams earning perfect 20s!
In the end, four teams rose to the winner's circle. Here For a Good Time was incorrectly announced as 3rd (though they got the fries, so they're 1st in our hearts). In ACTUAL third place, the Wallets of El Segundo!
Insert Shitty Team Name Here hung on to a close second, but it was Hot for Cheesecake with an indomitable lead of 61 points bringing home that blue ribbon.

Another banner night at OB's Pub and Grill. While every team came to play, only a few had the fiery trivia chops to land in the winner's circle. Returning players The Wallets of El Segundo found new rivals in the ferocious Go Fox Yourself.
Each round brought a new twist. One team leapfrogged another. Then back again. By Round 4, it was anyone's guess who would claim the top honors.
For the Chili Fries Round, we opened up the floor to whomever had the most steps on their feet. OB-Have took the decadent treat home with an astounding 32,000 steps in a single day.
In the end, six points separated the leaders. One ill-fated double or nothing took the GFYs down, and the Wallets of El Segundo earned their spot in the winner's circle.
