QUIZ RECAP

WOW! What. A. Night! Yea I just used two periods and two exclamation points to describe Wednesday night's King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills, what of it? It was a crazy night that ended in two teams having a tiebreaker for second place, and we had a head to head tournament of the card game War for the Drinking Round?! I mean, come on!

It came down to the fifth round in the final head to head matchup of the card game war for the Drinking Round, Cloud Value vs Next Stop Terrapin Station, but Cloud Value pulled out the win on the last card and won their team a round of shots!

For second place, two teams, headscratchers and The Khartel had to answer a tie breaker question to the closest number to win, and Headscratchers pulled it out to take home the $20 gift certificate! Wow!

And Hanky Panky, an always tough team to beat, laid low for the first few rounds, quietly sneaking their way up the leaderboard and then seizing 1st place late in the game, took home the 1st place prize, the $30 gift certificate!

QUIZ RECAP

Oh my gosh! Another fun night of King Trivia happened and you weren't there? Or maybe you were? ¯_(ツ)_/¯ There were 10 teams that were and we had a great 7 rounds of play for 3 prizes, and a Drinking Round for a round of shots!

It was a battle between Burnt Toast and Hanky Panky that led most of the night long. And a surprise tie between Duchess of Shade coming out of nowhere and tieing The Khartel for 3rd place! Ultimately, with a tie breaker, Duchess of Shade took home the 3rd, Hanky Panky 2nd, and Burnt Toast #1!

For the Drinking Round 10 mashups of two songs were played and teams had to identify the two artists and two songs played in little clips. Duchess of Shade also won the round of shots! Way to go to everyone!

QUIZ RECAP

Wednesday night at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills was another fun one for King Trivia! We had a Drinking Round where teams had to move pretzels from one bowl to another using only a skewer in their mouth, and whoever transferred the most pretzels in 30 seconds would win the Drinking Round and a round of shots for their team. With 9 pretzels transferred from one bowl to the other in 30 seconds, Pepe Silvia won the Drinking Round!

Coming in first place by a wide margin, thanks to a successful Double or Nothing in the 5th round, propelled them to 70 points at the end of the game, strong enough to take home the $30 gift certificate! 

Coming in 2nd place and earning the $20 gift certificate, was the always smart Headscratchers! They're constantly in the top of the teams and last night was no different.
