Answer Submission Form for Pineapple Hill (Wednesday)
Pineapple Hill Saloon & Grill is the locals' destination for enjoying a refreshing beer, gathering with friends, or watching the game.
Tonight was eventful - we had a birthday (Ashley from We Try), the game was close, and the drinking round was fun.
The game started off tight with 7 doubles in round 1, and 3 doubles in round 2. In Round 3, Car Pie and 9/8 Central pulled ahead in first, after an unsuccessful double by Gazpacho. Gazpacho pulled ahead in round 5 with a double, with 9/8 Central and Car Pie just behind. In the final round, Coles Holes had a succesful double, but that wasn't enough to place. Gazpacho took first, with 9/8 Central and Car Pie not far behind in 2nd and 3rd.
For the drinking round, I had the teams draw a caricature of me. Some teams personalized the photo by adding my favorite things, others enlarged certain, um, assets. See the hilarious results in the pics!

In the first round, things were a little touchy and scores were low. The next two rounds had Ramrod, More Popcorn?, and Gazpacho climbing to the lead.
Everyone got a boost in the Guess What? round, with nearly every team getting the answer correct within the first two clues. After that round Gazpacho and More Popcorn? stayed steady in the lead but teams Shabalagoo and Dunder-Miflin jumped up to just behind them.
For the drinking round, we played a game of "Design a country" where they had to come up with a flag, fun facts, and main exports for a ficitional country the teams made up. Keeping it non-political, and light-hearted of course. Shabalagoo took the round of drinks in that one, with their country called "The Republic of AguaMelon" with main exports being watermelon filled with blood diamonds and their country motto being "Check out our Melons" lol.
In Round 5 we had 3 teams use double or nothing, Dunder-Miflin and Thing1andThing2 got burned both having one incorrect answer, but Gazpacho jumped even more to the lead with all of them correct.
In the end, Gazpacho kept their massive lead, More Popcorn? not far behind them, and Shabalagoo snagged 3rd.

The game started off strong for More Popcorn?, Gazpacho, GTL, and How Many Dems Does it take with doubles. Gazpacho doubled round 2, putting them in the lead.
However, a 0 in the Guess Where round by Gazpacho paved with way for More Popcorn? and GTL to move up barely behind them.
Gazpacho still was able to win the game after the last 2 rounds, with GTL in second and More Popcorn? in 3rd.
