Rebounding from last week, Stir Market was packed with quizzinators this week!

It was a tough quiz all around, but competition was still fierce! We had 14 teams playing And a mix of experienced players and newbies. In the end, We're Not Contagious took it all, with Puttin' on the Ritz and On Wednesdays We Wear Pink close behind.

This week's quiz at Stir Market began with an announcement that the winning teams would walk away with a bottle of wine each,  in addition to the normal gift certificates! And thus began some pretty intense quizzinating...

It was a tough quiz, with only a handful of successful Double-or-Nothing's the entire night. Some rounds even seemed unfairly difficult. China's mastery at garlic cutivation  stymied several teams, in fact.

A multi-round drinking round ended in an epic Rock/Paper/Scissors matchup and Three's Company ended up winning a round of drinks, but at the end of the candy-making tunnel that was this quiz, Violet, You're Turning Violet, Violet! paid tribute to Mr Wonka with a hard-earned victory! Pillsbury Man Buns took second and Scissor Me Timbers won the tie-breaker for third!

Record night at Stir Market this week!! Travis came back after a week away to 17 teams competing in a very tight race to the finish, and promises from players to never take him for granted again. We'll see... 🙂

Last week's winners lost their right to choose this week's music for blatantly ignoring Travis's Stir Market team limit rule. You guys knew better.

This week's game was a nail-biter, with the top 7 teams separated by only 4 points!! Wasted Seamen took the top spot with Charlie's Angels winning a tie-breaker question for second place, and Scissor Me Timbers taking third.

FYI: next week, per request, the drink round will not be combined with Round 4. Instead, if we don't have time for a whole round, the free drinks will be awarded by random draw!
