What could be better than surfing at Huntington Beach?  Grabbing a pint of any of the 24 Dudes’ Brews on tap in our new tasting room in Pacific City before you start your session, that’s what!  Not sure what to choose from?  Sample beer flights and half-pints while enjoying sports on TV or casual conversation in the tasting room’s laid-back atmosphere.

 

Need to pair your Dudes’ with something to eat? Feel free to partake in any of the snacks we have, bring in your own food, or buy something from the variety of restaurants in LOT 579.

 

Remember to purchase growlers, crowlers, or 4-packs for when you have to go.

Such a busy night tonight at Dudes, but an awesome game with great people!

We had many teams double down and some were successful, some were not. Rounds 1 and 2 weren't too difficult for everyone, but the round that tripped EVERYONE was the Guess What round. For this one, teams had to guess what publication the clues were referring to. Every single team did not guess until the 2 point clue. Many guessed The Washington Post, but that was not the answer. Highway Stars were the first team to guess correctly at the 2 point clue, with the answer The New York Times. Great job Highway Stars!

We also had a doggie named Whiskey join us tonight for Trivia and it made the night even better. Thank you everyone for coming out tonight!

It was a busy night tonight at Dudes. We had a total of 13 teams and a whopping 55 players. Awesome beer and great trivia always brings a crowd.

We had hilarious team names. My personal favorite was "Better Late than Pregnant!" Oh man, they totally deserved extra points for just the team name. The energy tonight was great and everyone had a blast with the questions.

The best round was definitely round 4 where teams had to guess what movie. Just after the first clue, we had 6 teams guess correctly. With just this clue, "It was released on March 15, 1972. In the film the characters are seen in New York City, Las Vegas, Italy, and Hollywood. 90% was shot in New York City using over 120 distinct locations" 6 teams immediately guessed The Godfather. What a great round!

Fun night with great people at Dudes as always!

Competition was fierce today, with only a handful of perfect rounds in sight. With a packed bar, some new faces, some returning contenders, and some diabolical questions, a perfect storm was brewing for a heavy fight to the finish.

The two heaviest points of competition came during Round 4, which saw some of the early champions begin to fall behind, and the very final round which saw our only Double or Nothings all night and the sole successful Double or Nothing which allowed the SG Squad to soar to an upset victor over the neck-and-neck Basic Bitches and Uffda. Truly a night of glory and sportsmanship.
