Wednesday night at the Paddle Pub....another slamming night!

Once we solved the sound issue, (bad speaker cord!) it was on!
We had two teams, one was a group celebrating a birthday and a baby, and the other, a returning home team!

No matter what they say, when it comes to trivia, age is not equal to smarts! I find that both the young and the older folks, it takes combined work to answer the questions I get to ask! I am always amazed at the answers to questions like what is the opening cantata to Carmina Burana? One team got it, due to the adults AND the daughters working together! (Answer: O Fortuna---Check out TSO's version...AWESOME! )

With two teams, it was a ton of fun! Laughs, comments and one person shouting the answers even though they weren't playing....everyone had a great time!!! Wednesdays are always a load of fun!
I want to thank the Staff, Ryan and the bartenders....You all are THE BEST! I appreciate the promptness and assistance you all give!

Wednesday nights at the Paddle Pub!

It was an interesting night! A local TV station (KING5) had been at the The Paddle Pub and videotaped an interview with the owner and they talked to some of the patrons that were present during the taping! When it was on Evening Magazine, we paused the game, watched the segment and when it was over, we resumed the game! AWESOME EVENT!

A lot of good press for the venue and hopefully it will pay off in the near future!
I spoke to the owner and found that Ryan is impressed with King Trivia! YAY!!! Couldn't be happier!
Our favorite two groups were there....Older Budweiser, New locals showed up and did VERY WELL!! New Locals winning FIRST place, Older Budweiser came in second (not bad!) and our newer group NOAH LOTTIES came in third!

I am always pleased with Wednesday nights at The Paddle Pub! It is a great place to do our shows and the food is SOO GOOD! (had the Tuscan Burger...WOW!)

Wednesday night at The Paddle Pub was an exciting night!
We even had someone that was visiting from Atlanta playing. Her job is being a manager of the sets on the series, The Walking Dead! She had a few answers that were already known to her due to her job. Awesome chance for her being there and her team won second place!

Team Older budweiser is always on their toes when it comes to their combined knowledge! They show up every Wednesday and they play with aplomb! GOOD JOB!

I have to say that they staff at The Paddle Pub is terrific! They have the system set up, and ready to go when I get there! That is SO appreciated! THANK YOU to Vienna and her girls! YOU ROCK!!!
