All our registered teams were out for blood tonight! In a friendly, sportsmanlike way, of course, but still, it was vicious! Everyone was competing for the highest possible score.
For the first half of the game, Knobheads and Bartop were head-to-head, doubling down on a round each, with Knobheads only a few measly points behind. One itty bitty flop caused Knobheads to blow a double-down for Round 5. But then out of the blue, Hop On My Dad's Knee doubled down two 10-point rounds in a row -- BAM! -- giving Bartop a run for their money . Ultimately, it was Bartop that emerged victorious, with an additional bonus point for being the only team to know Rosalynn Carter's first name (I accepted "Mrs. Carter," though all that does is imply Beyonce was a FLOTUS).
Honorable mention to Mann Fam for keeping their Knobhead neighbors on their toes, and to J-Dog 2.0 for only wanting to participate in select rounds -- he still had a great time!
