Fun night. Busy night. Lots of teams. Lots of new teams.
It was one of those nights for Albatross, one of those games where the questions just happened to be right up their alley, because they score a whopping 83 points! And they got all 10 correct in round 7, but didn't double down (because they didn't need to to win, they were so far ahead). Great game, Albatross!
In other news, Quizlamic State jump Wicked Wahines to finish second to the Wahines third. A new team, Detroit, win the drinking round by correctly guessing the number of states there are in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (all or partial, 22 total). And Viagra Falls comes in last, meaning they win the consolation prize, tonight being three CDs my mom gave me when she moved (Greatest hits of Willie Nelson, Benny Goodman, and Brooks & Dunn).
