QUIZ RECAP

Who says girls don't like (or know anything about) sports? That kinda old-world thinking will get you thrown out of a modern day sports bar - or trivia contest! Girls know A LOT about sports. Don't believe me? Well let me tell ya about Brooke.

That's Brooke right up there in photo #1, holding her well-played Round 6 handout, in which quizzers were asked to match up NFL quarterbacks with their jersey numbers. Not necessarily an easy task for even the most ardent football fan.

But Brooke and her team (that's them there in photo 2) aced the round and successfully double to boot! But what really charmed your humble quizmaster is the fact that Brooke went all flutter-hearted and love struck over one of the quarterbacks listed on the handout - Philadelphia's Carson Wentz.

Yup. She drew hearts and arrows all over the thing! I mean, just look at her! She was still all aflutter when I snapped her picture. And when I said that yeah, sure, he might be a good quarterback, but he prolly doesn't have what it takes to be a quizmaster, well, I guess her eye roll said it all. (actually, it said quite a LOT!)
