In addition to “Publish Your Own Pizza”, our professional chef made sure to create eight delicious pizzas inspired by newspapers from around the country, including “The Times”, “The Tribune”, and “The Chronicle”. He also made sure we were in tune with current market trends, such as the use of fresh and nutritious ingredients in a fast, build-your-own environment. The result is a unique and newsworthy spin on one of America’s most popular foods.

We had a great crowd tonight, with a combination of regulars and first timers!

Tonight's theme was all about the underdogs: two of our top three teams (Lindbergh Babies and From WeHo to NoHo) started in Round 1 as our last two teams, but they climbed the ranks and proved that a rough start doesn't doom you to a rough finish.

As a quizmaster, it always bums me out when a team doubles down and doesn't get it. One of tonight's teams managed to do that three times in a row 🙁

Shout out to Hiphop-oppotomus, who were able to name 59 distinct neighborhoods/cities in Los Angeles for this drinking game. Also, three of my teams remembered to write me a joke, all of which were also punny!
