In a city known more for its glitz than its grit, Angel City Brewery is proud to rough things up a bit and work beneath the shiny surface. Our home in the Los Angeles Arts District is both brewery and canvas, the center of a revival for the city's artists, musicians, hustlers, and craftspeople. It's an LA that's as ambitious as it is diverse & and our beer is no exception.

Woof. This was a day.

This was not an easy day for most of our teams. In Round 4, Joe DiMaggio threw a curveball that only FOUR teams out of thirteen could answer correctly. It's the moment that set up the inertia for I Quiz in Your General Direction, setting them up for the lead and then knocking it out of the park with a successful round 5 double. Well done!

But our teams didn't despair- RIP Spider-Man landed a successful double in round 6 that separated them from the rest of the pack, sealing them with a silver. Congratulations!

Well done teams! I'll be out of town next week, be nice to the baby sitter okay?

MARTY! Marty! We have to go back! It's not your kids, it's your trivia team! We have to go back- Back to the Brew-ture!

Terrible puns aside, this was a wildly fun game of trivia today! Today's theme was Back to the Future and we had twelve amazing teams study, prepare and fight for the right to be known as Hill Valley's finest.

Scores fluctuated wildly (if only they had a capacitor) throughout the game, but our top three stood out head and shoulders above the rest of the pack. However, one double (their fourth in the game!) solidified Our Name's Written All Over Our Underwear as the champions- and if that didn't, then knowing more than one of Buford "Mad Dog" Tannen's gang in the final round certainly did.

Not that Density's Child and Ssshhh, We're Going to 88 didn't give a hell of a game. They were going into the final round each one point apart, with the latter team getting that silver by the exact same margin.

Congratulations to all our teams! You played well today, and remember that your future is unwritten. Make the most of it!

This was a wild and ever shifting day here at Angel City Brewery! The top three was constantly going back and forth with very few teams able to hold on for more than one round. In the end, only one team emerged victorious by the THREE POINT MARGIN (two of those points being Check-in points). Give it up for our new champions Saturday Traffic! They almost narrowly missed round 1, way to come back.

Shout our to our Fantastic runners up, Sir Digby Chicken Caesar and Mitten Kittens. Well done!
