About Elysian Brewing - Tangletown

Elysian-Tangletown opened in 2003 in the south Greenlake area of Seattle. With only 80 seats, Tangletown offers an intimate, neighborhood brewery/bistro experience and feels reminiscent of European cafes. Experimental, festival and one-off specialty beers are brewed on site, some of which make it into general production and provide an exciting array of new (and favorite old) beers. The Avatar Jasmine IPA was first brewed here.

Turns out that 7 UP had a video game in the 90s called Cool Spot. Who woulda thunk it?!?

It was a really swell night of King Trivia at Elysian Tangletown. Our returning team, Oh No You Donut!, had their first win! They took home a $25 gift card to Elysian, with Pad Thai Guy getting $15 and Team Mowgli getting $10. Now that's some beer money!

About 3 hours before King Trivia at Elysian Tangletown, the worst traffic jam in the city's history happened on I-5 near downtown due to a later Winter's snow. To escape that nightmare, we had a great crowd join us for the Classiest Game in Town!

Best team name of the night goes to Butene Truck From Hell, in honor of the day's events, who also came in 1st place!
