QUIZ RECAP

Holy smokes, that was the last Tuesday in February! In good company we enjoyed our night of King Trivia at the best house in Santa Monica, LA Draught. Seven teams played their best, and three left their names on the leaderboard.

3 Chicks and 2 Dudes started off a little shy, but Round Six came along and they heard their call! They dropped that double or nothing like no one's business, and lept over the other teams and beat them to the third place prize; final score 48 points. Stephen Hawking’s Karaoke Machine displayed great stragety and smarts in their game that earned them the second place title with 53 points. With a new name than last week, The Diva Cups took two wins for the night. The closest guess won them a pitcher of beer during the Drink Round, and the highest score of the night, 63 points granted them first place. 

It is such an honor and great pleasure to host for LA Draught and the wonderful people that gather here. Thank you for playing, thank you LA D for my favorite Carne Asada Fries dish. I hope to see you again next time, see you in March!

QUIZ RECAP

Every Tuesday at LA Draught is special as we gather for King Trivia. However, this Tuesday is extra special since it is the second year anniversary of LA Draught. Many happy returns to our joyful third place! 

Eleven teams filled the house, fists were flying for the prizes, and these were the results. The 4skinz took third pace with 48 points, just one point behind second place. Beer 1, Trivia 0, who we hadn't seen in a good minute, finished in second with 49 points. I’m On Beer Number leveled up this week and took the first place prize with 68 points. A pitcher of beer was awarded to LA Ramrods for guessing the closest answer on the Drink Round. Cheers and congrats to all!

Happy King Trivia taco Tuesday from all of us at LA Draught! Seven teams filled the house, and their tummies, leaving these records behind. An honorable mention to the house team, Quarantinos, who had the highest score of the night of 44 points, thank you always for playing! I Lost My Virginity At... ranked back up this week and took first place with 42 points. I’m On Beer #… came in second place with 36 points. They had a perfect score on Round Six, had they doubled they would've taken the gold. Great job nonetheless! LA Ramrods played magnificently and earned the third place prize with 30 points. Blue Team was awarded a pitcher of beer for having the most correct answers during our Drink Round, cheers-cheers-cheers!

I was bestowed a grand salad with the best and most savory Carne Asada you can find in Santa Monica, by Chef Tino. Oh, and that fresh made salsa? Mm, mm, mm! Come taste yourselves, only available for tacos and King Trivia Tuesdays, wink. Hope to see you here, TTFN!
