QUIZ RECAP

Tonight was a more personal night, as we played sans microphone! Which meant lots more friendly yelling and chatting between the teams, which allowed for plenty of laughter.

Newcomers Fearsome Twosome lived up to their name, scoring a Double-or-Nothing in the second round, pushing them to an early commanding lead. However, they have strong competition from another new team - Team Philipps! Who had their own "fearsome twosome" with two handfuls of kids (check out the pic). They ALSO managed to score a Double-or-Nothing not long after, in the same round as the High School Dropouts, jumping both teams into 1st and 2nd positions.

With a 1-point difference going into the final round, the two teams managed to tie it up! Much to my hopes and pleasures. Despite valiant games by both, the High School Dropouts managed to win the tie-breaker round, though both teams each had one digit correct in their guesses.

Though coming up short in 4th place this week, the ever-name-changing-and-known-this-week-as The Big Bad Baseball Dudez and Dudettes (despite only one of each), at least had the consolation of thinking Pete Rose was their dad. It was a fun night.

Shoutout to the pizzas, which TBBBD&D at least took home as a consolation prize!

QUIZ RECAP

We had a great game tonight! Many tiebreakers throughout, the points had so many highs and lows, but in the end, the One Direction Defense Squad took first! The High School Droupouts were stunning as always, securing their spot in second, and the Harry Potter Wizards magically took their third place spot! Join us next week for more fun and exciting trivia!

QUIZ RECAP

We had a special guest tonight - Quizmaster-in-training CJ! He took the reigns for a couple rounds and so far, he's off to a great start.

People were clearly in a Summer spirit tonight, having lots of laughs and fun. And it was a "tense" night two, as not only did the evening end with one tie, but two!

Tying for 4th place were Quiz on my Face and the ever creative (and name-changing) Pre-School Dropouts. Solidly in 3rd place was the returning (and missed) Jehovah's Witness Protection Program.

And in a tie for 1st place, the High School Dropouts managed to secure the final victory over Kind of a Big Drumstick after accurately guessing the tie-breaker question regarding a certain basketball player's height.

Shoutouts this evening go to the Reuben sandwich and the Michelada, which hit the right spots in the right ways.

We hope CJ enjoyed himself this evening, as he'll be covering the game next Wednesday at 7pm here at the Snoqualmie Brewery and Taproom. We hope to see you all here!
