The Dudes’ Brewing Company is a Torrance-based craft brewery founded in 2013. The Dudes’ specialize in innovative approaches to classic beer styles designed to appeal to casual beer drinkers and craft beer fanatics alike. The Dudes’ current offerings include: Double Trunk Double IPA, CalifornIPA, Grandma’s Pecan English Style Brown, JuiceBox Series: Blood Orange Amber, JuiceBox Series: Peach Berliner Weisse, Bohemian Hopsody Session IPA, The WRug White Russian Imperial Stout, Kölschtal Eddy Blonde Ale, Surfrider American Pale Ale as well as other seasonal offerings.

Ugh, those wonderful peeps of PILOT JONES are killing me. They get sooooo close but never make it. That's why I'm giving them a special shout out and reminder that hey, they still won the drinking round. ST. LORI OF SUMMERLAND, not surprisingly, bribed their way to to first (they had a baby in a bar...) leaving it to YOU WERE AT MY WEDDING DENISE! and YOU'RE A QUIZZARD, HARRY to duke it out in a 2nd-3rd tie. DENISE! DENISE! got second but those happy folks at QUIZZARD weren't at all disappointed.

Wham, bam, thank you...DUDES! March Madness brought us yet another full house at the little place with giant screens and great pizza. We had so many teams that I ran out of booklets and had to improvise with plain sheets of printer paper. The teams didn't seem to minds as we had a fierce battle to the bitter end, with 12 successful doubles in the final round!

The glorious female warriors that are PAWNEE GODDESSES let out their roar and finally took first, besting those perennial champs SUN ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. YOU'RE A QUIZZARD, HARRY took third and plenty of beer.

I love to see how the Dude's is growing every week! Sure, March Madness may have something to do with it, but I like to think it's the trivia. Those perennial favorites, this week going by DUPLICITY HUFFMAN, took first (again) after braving a disastrous sports round late in the game. Newcomers #TURNIP took second with an amazing final round double by knowing the first ten decimal places of ?. The real drama came down to 3rd as those PAWNEE GODDESSES bested DADDY BUTTER in a tie breaker for the last spot on the podium.
