QUIZ RECAP

It was a close game on Sunday. 

Gazpacho had a successful double early on which put them clearly in first place. A successful double in Round 5 solidified their lead. However, Te'Kila crew had a successful double in Round 6, propelling them into second place. Then a successful double in Round 7 put them just 1 point behind Gazpacho at the end of the game. 

For the drinking round, Well Rounded and Te'Kila Crew went head-to-head in a "name that tune" musical battle. Well Rounded knew just a tad more 80s music and ended up winning the drinking round. 

Next week will be more trivia fun! 

QUIZ RECAP

It was a warm day at The Oaks on Easter Sunday, and an interesting game too! 

Awesome Sauced was ahead because of a double in Round 2, but missed the double in Round 5, which tied them for first with Homeless Abe Lincoln. BJ's Are Us successfully doubled Round 6 which propelled them into first place. 

At the very end, Awesome Sauced pulled ahead because they have a registered team and therefore get 2 bonus points. 

Homeless Abe Lincoln then entered a tiebreaker with BJ's Are Us because they have a registered team too. BJ's Are Us ended up clinching 2nd, having a closer answer to the tie-breaking question. 

QUIZ RECAP

It was a warm, sunny afternoon at The Oaks, and 8 teams turned out to show what they've got.  After a big double in round 5, Awesome Sauced jumped into first and held onto their lead for the rest of the game.  Dickens Chickens played solid trivia and kept second.  Our drinking round was a paper airplane contest, with Denise & El Goose throwing first and having their plane land behind them for negative yardage.  Aliens! I'm Feelin it! won the drinking round with a solid 20 feet of distance.  Congrats to all the teams!
