Surpriseee! One of our legendary trivia teams from the past made their much-anticipated return to Ye Old King's Head. We were excited to see Sacred Guardians of the Trivia Temple tonight after they've been busy busy with wedding and babies (with a couple more on the way). I know I've especially missed their phone calls during the music round. But it was one of our legendary teams from the present, Streets of Rage, that took home the top prize. They took the lead early and scored 83 points for the win. The Sacred Guardians came in 2nd with 74 points. Something Mostly Dicks finished in 3rd with 66 points. Also, special thanks to Marine Team for joining us again from the east coast. Also also, special thanks to DMcM for that seductive rendition of "I'll Make Love to You."

After seven rounds of trivia, Something Penis Related and Quizzy McGuires needed overtime to determine our winner. The tiebreaker question was about Florida's coastline (in miles). It was superrr close with Something Penis Related guessing (somewhat) closer for 1st place. Quizzy McGuires came in 2nd place with 40 points. No Girls in the Hot Tub finished in 3rd place with 36 points.

Usually, it's the early bird that gets the worm. But sometimes, it's the late trivia team that gets the win. Just Waiting for Our Coke Dealers aka Mr. Bottomley's Jacket came on the later side tonight (I mean, they totally missed Round 1). But it was more as if they were giving the other teams a head start. With a few successful doubles, Just Waiting for Our Coke Dealers made the comeback of all comebacks and won tonight with 73 points. Streets of Rage might have felt the effects of losing their regular table. They still finished in 2nd place with 70 points. Kitten Mittens (meowww) came in 3rd with 64.
