QUIZ RECAP

It was a pretty chill night of trivia, there were only 8 teams, we moved through it what felt like pretty quickly, and there were... Pool tables again?? WHAT THE F-

So "Quizmaster go faster" started off with a commanding lead when many of the teams unsuccessfully doubled down on the air force. But because they were nerds who are registered teams, they were still able to come back from behind. But this major lapse was just what Tequila Mockingbird needed to creep up and steal the lead!

Once they had it, they never let go! With Da Bears and the Dishwashers clawing their way back up to 2nd and third!

While all this was going on, Come on Fhqwhygods stole everyone's free drinks out from under them!

Thank you again to my girlfriend for helping me keep a paper backup of the scores for when my fancy web app inevitably crashed and reset the scoreboard (twice)

QUICK ANNOUNCEMENT BEFORE I START!

Next week, Trivia will be taking place on the third floor of Barney's, so be sure to go up instead of down next Thursday!

Tonight was nice and chill. But got heated up BY ALL THE FOOTBALL!!! ... I mean Trivia

The Purple Monkey Dishwashers pulled ahead early and maintained their lead over the Peeps and the poopies even through the Disney songs, musicals, and bed bath and Beyonce getting their free drinks

And in the end, the dishwashers managed to stick the landing and hold their lead all night with the Peeps and the poopies close behind!

And thank you again to my lovely girlfriend for being the laughing gas to my insane singing dentist!

QUIZ RECAP

It was so packed that I could barely move! But that made the trivia ALL THE MORE INTENSE!!!!

Calchones and Quizimandius both struck out bodly at the start of the game with a tie for first, and after team mom's birthday won the drinking round they continued to lead the pack with Quizimandius hot on their tails!

When Tracy Morgan came out to play, there were a LOT of early guesses as to who he was, but it was the one-two punch of Tracy and Billy that finally knocked Calchones down, leaving the Peeps, Purple Monkey Dishwasher, and Quizimandius as our top three!

Congrats to all the teams and thanks again to my lovely girlfriend for keeping my head on my shoulders!
