QUIZ RECAP

King Trivia at Rocco's proves to be a hotbed of trivia action week after week and this week was no different. As I wait for my food to cool allow me to recap this weeks trivia results.

We had a solid 6 teams playing and boy was it packed and rowdy.

First place went to mad facts fury road with 55 points. In second our seasoned vets on Area 51 with 50 points and bringing up the rear in third place was a dude who decided to make trivia political again, MAGA with 49 points.

Aside from having to say maga into a microphone all night, I'd say it went pretty well. I'm a proponent of free speech and a professional trivia host so I put my conscience aside and announced a fair and clean game with no help from any Russians.

QUIZ RECAP

We had ourselves another fantastic time at king trivia here at Rocco's in Culver City. We're here every Monday at 9 pm.

To start the new year we had a small but mighty 4 teams competing to start and 3 who finished.

Our house locals Paddington kills massacred their opponents with 60 points.

In second place was O'trivia Newton-John who aside from their impressive showing has one of the best names I've encountered in my tenure as a trivia host. They crossed the finish line with 31 points.

And in an unheard of move, the team who coasted into 3rd and collected a $20 value then gave it to O'Trivia Newton-John. So everyone was happy tonight. I'm sure things will pick up as people get back from their New Years travels.

QUIZ RECAP

We had a fantastic time here at Rocco's in Culver City this Monday. The place went from empty to packed in a matter of minutes and I'm inclined to say it was the King Trivia influence.

We had 7 teams and two registered teams in the top 3.

Area 51 once again reigns supreme, not deterred by a late start they shot like a UFO to first place with 50 points.

CLAMZ with a z came through strong with a second-place showing of 47 points

And Kobe Don't Flinch, the raucous bunch they were put up not quite Kobe numbers of 42 for third place.

Spoke to the venue and we will be off the next two weeks on Christmas Eve and NYE.

Looking forward to coming back in the New Year for more Trivia at Rocco's in 2019.
