Rocco's in Culver City was a roccin' good time this Monday. King Trivia was in full effect.

We had 7 teams start at varying times based on their entry to Rocco's. But a fun time was had by all.

Only 5 teams placed and made it to the report because they played more than 4 rounds. We finished with 5 teams on the scoreboard because a few people came late and wanted to play along!

We missed some of our regulars but some of them showed up and prospered with the lack of competition.

Area 51 another strong showing in first place with 58 points, sad rockets and friends trailed behind with 51 in second place. Evolution a new team came through and placed third with 39 points.

Look forward to seeing what next week brings at 9 pm for King Trivia in Culver City at Rocco's.

King Trivia at Rocco's in Culver City was lit this week. We had a record 9 teams start though only seven teams made it all seven rounds.

Area 51 and Paddington Kills dueled it out for first place with Area 51 besting those killers from Paddington with a 63 to 56 lead. Third place was occupied by a team of doctors who were nonetheless puzzled by that last round regarding bones. Which reminds me I need better health insurance.

Sad Rockets and Friends catapulted themselves into 3rd place rocketing past the other trivia teams to place among the winners this week at King Trivia.

Looking forward to seeing what next week holds at King Trivia at Rocco's in Culver City on Mondays at 9 pm.

QUIZ RECAP

What a night for trivia it was here at Rocco's in Culver City. After the excitement last week, this weeks trivia game was smooth sailing! We started on time, we didn't have to eject anybody, and we had 8 teams who competed for free drinks using only the knowledge in their brains.

It was a festive night with people still recovering from the holidays. The tryptophan wearing off, many teams took advantage of the double or nothing option which catapulted both Area 51 and Paddington Kills into the top 2.

Paddington Kills, noticeable regulars, who told me they missed last week and after a recap from another team, they thanked me for coming back. A well-deserved thanks it was. The winner of the drinking round Show Me where you pee from cheered at nearly every answer!

Can't wait to do it all again next week at Rocco's in Culver City on Monday's at 9 pm.
