QUIZ RECAP

We had another fun night at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia on Wednesday. 

For the Drinking Round teams had to send up one member of their team and they had 45 seconds to transfer M&M's from one plate to a shot glass or a different plate the shot glass was sitting on using only a straw to suck the M&M to and move it about 3 feet. Check out the pictures to see it. Whichever team got the most transferred in 45 seconds would win the Drinking Round and a round of shots for their team. With 15 M&M's successfully moved into the shot glass, That's a Pretty Nice Calzone you Have There won the round. 

Coming in 2nd place for trivia was Headscratchers. Nicole killed it scoring 62 points, just one point behind the first place team, and took home the $20 gift certificate. Impressive!

Coming in first place was Poison Ivy! They scored a whopping 63 points and took home the $30 gift certificate! Way to go!

QUIZ RECAP

What a great night we had at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia on Wednesday night! 

For the Drinking Round teams had to send up one player to play in a game called Face the Cookie. Each player had to start the game with an Oreo cookie on their forehead. On go, they had to get the cookie from their forehead to their mouth only using the muscles on their face. Whichever team did it the fastest would win the Drinking Round and a round of shots for their team! Doing it in a literal blink of the eye I had to double take, were The Headscratchers! Congrats Nicole! Don't even know how you did it that quickly! Wow!

The game was relatively close between all the teams playing but we did wind up with two winners. 

Coming in 2nd place and scoring 53 points and winning the $20 gift certificate was Pickwick's Celery is Better than the Rest! Awesome job!

And scoring 58 points and taking home the 1st place prize the $30 gift certificate was Can We Phone a Friend? who didn't phone a friend but still ended up in first!

QUIZ RECAP

We had a huge crowd at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills on Wednesday night, all ready for Turkey Day and King Trivia of course! 12 teams packed the bar hoping to win one of 3 prizes or possibly be the lucky team to win the Drinking Round and a round of shots!

For the Drinking Round, teams had to send up two players to play a Thanksgiving themed round of Taboo. One player was given a card with a word their teammate had to try and guess, and other words on the card that they couldn't say when trying to describe the word their teammate had to guess. Whichever team guessed the word correctly the fastest, would win the Drinking Round. The first team to go, Happy Birthday Samantha, guessed the answer in 4.89 seconds! It was a high bar, but the last team to go, Cool Beans guessed the answer in 3.46 seconds and won the Drinking Round! Way to go!

For third place, two teams tied with 51 points! So we had to have a Tiebreaker Question between 50 Shades of Gravy, and Headscratchers! They had to guess how many seconds long one of Taylor Swift's albums was. Well, 50 Shades of Gravy guessed the closest and took home the 3rd place prize of the $10 gift certificate! Awesome job! Better luck next week Headscratchers!

Coming in second place was another punny named team, Let's Give Them Pumpkin to Talk About! They scored 62 points and got the $20 gift certificate! So cool!

Last but not least, for 1st place and the $30 gift certificate prize, our team that almost won the Drinking Round, Happy Birthday Samantha, scored the most points with 73! Enjoy that gift certificate! Freaking crazy points scored tonight! Congrats!
