One fateful day three decades ago, five boys picked up a game of handball during school recess on a Fountain Valley playground. They grew up together, became life-long friends and pursued their own ambitions. But they shared a deep love for their hometown and dreamed of one day opening a restaurant together where they could share good food, good drinks and reminisce about good times. The Recess Room is their childhood dream come to life.

Fun night celebrating Jeremy's bday with team Implication as well as the Recess Room newlyweds Ava and Max who recently got hitched at the famous Little Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. 

Thirsty Preztel came in 2nd place by 1 point. It pays to pay attention to the details. The Recess Room is sporting new decor in anticipation of its weekends late night entertainment and drinking from 10pm- 2 am. Good times!

Welcome to the new look to the backroom at the Recess Room! We had a cool speakeasy club look with red accent curtains and red light bulbs in our playroom. Full house in the back room and the restaurant. We had a Mama's bday with the new family team the Guicci. A future young quizmaster is in the wings with Get Schooled. Welcome to,the new and returning teams. Congratulations to the surprise newlyweds Ava & Max who got married at the famous Little Chapel in Las Vegas last week. We will do a special bridal shower Trivia night for Ava in two weeks.

Great midweek fun with 5 teams including two new teams which were nine co workers from The Tutoring Club -Soberholics plus Jason and the Argonauts. Congratulations to the winning teams of Highway Star Keit, Ava's Minions duo today of father/daughter Norte Dame proud team Bryan and Veronica (we missed you Yvonne!) and the dynamic trio of Thirsty Pretzel with brother and sister-Stephen and Pamela plus long time friend Matt. 

Find The Connection Round was the well known comic and Late Night talk show host Jay Leno whom I met aim 2016. It was wonderful to have fellow night warriors out just days after the 3 day holiday weekend. Party on!
