QUIZ RECAP
No rain will stop us from enjoying our King Trivia at 33 Taps! We stayed dry and warm, and determined our first wins of 2023.
Starting with the Drink Round, cheers to Lois and the Argonauts who were the winners with the closest answer without going over. Fatiass came really close to winning it, but went over by one. It stung Fatiass a little, but later redeemed themselves with a third place win with a high score of 80 points. Gazpacho Police was the second place winner with 84 points, level up from last game of 2022. Person Woman Man Camera TV was unforgiving all seven rounds, dominating once again, defending and claiming the first place title with 87 points. Congratulations, I salute you!

Thank you for joining us on our last King Trivia game of the year, 33 Tapperinos! Here's the damage caused by our tough competitors.
After my trusty tie-breaker helped me decide on a tie of 65 points, it was determined that Balligators receive third place, and an honorary fourth place metion to The Grant Eaters for their valiant effor. Bruce crew missed their trivia, and their second place win with 69 points really showed it. Welcome, back Bruce! And then, oh boy, the Grinch has nothing on Participation Trophy Wife who stole the night, stole the game, stole the show, winning first place with 70 points all...on...her...own! Way to go, Muffy! For the Drink Round, Los Tamarindos submitted a great answer without going over that got them the win, salud! Congratulations, everyone!

QUIZ RECAP
Siiiigh, Wednesdays... Easily becoming my favorite day of the week thanks to 33 Taps and all of its wonderful patrons. Week after week, we pack the place and have a blast playing King Trivia.
With 30 teams on board, you bet it gets competative. We had a tie of 67 points to break by the end of seven rounds, leaving Trivia Shaft Fracture with an honorary fourth place mention and Gazpacho Police in third place. Defending their title from last week, with a consistently strong lead throughout the entire game, Trey Dongz came in second place with an impressive score of 73 points. Top Gun: Mad Dick reclaimed first place this time around with 75 points, and Trey Dongz did not make that easy for them. Shout out to Sweet Treat$ who won the Drink Round with the closest answer without going over, cheers!
