We had another amazing night of King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills on Wednesday night! We were serenaded by a few teams to some Maroon 5 and U2 hits, and we learned about what Tom Hank's longest movies were! 

For round 2 teams had to guess the names of pictures of bands with numbers in their title. Some of the answers were U2, Maroon 5, Blink 182, The Four Tops, the B-52's, etc. So for the Drinking Round, teams had to choose one of those 8 bands from that round and perform a song of theirs. We had 4 women from 3 teams come up, one team sang "Sunday Mornings" by Maroon 5, another sang "She Will Be Loved" by Maroon 5, and the final woman that sang chose U2's "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For"! And by golly did those 4 women know how to sing. After some intense deliberation amongst Quizmaster Danny and bartenders and professional singers Emily Coupe and Eliana Rosen, we decided to award 4 shots to the 4 women that sang! They earned it!

Coming in 2nd Place and holding off Hanky Panky at the end to take home the $20 gift certificate, were the Headscratchers! It was a really close battle all night, and they were tied with HP after round 6, but ended up beating them by just two points, with a score of 56! Phew!

And coming in 1st place thanks to a successful "Double or Nothing" in round 6, scoring 62 points and taking home the $30 gift certificate, was Taking Care of Quizness! Way to go you guys!

Have you ever seen mummies in California in June before? No? Well I did! That's right, tonight at King Trivia @ Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills, you too could have seen mummies in California in June! 

That's because, for the Drinking Round, as you can tell from the pictures, teams had to race to beat other teams in wrapping a person in a roll of toilet paper! Coming in first for the Drinking Round and winning a round of shots for their team was Toast. Burnt Toast!

But they also swept the night by scoring the most points for trivia with 68 to take home the first place gift certificate of $30! Amazing job!

Coming in Second place, scoring a very impressive 64 points was Cocaine Beer! Incredible you two!

And then we had two teams who scored 63 points, Hanky Panky and Quaken in our Boots! So we had to have a tiebreaker question to see who would come in 3rd place and take home the $10 gift certificate.... The question was, " What was the Budget for the Movie Battleship according to Box Office Mojo?" Quaken in our boots guessed $120 million, and Hanky Panky guessed $200 million. The correct answer; $209 million! So Hanky Panky won 3rd place! Always staying in the top 3! Sweet!
