QUIZ RECAP
Last night was an awesome night at Pickwick's Pub for King Trivia as the place was packed with energetic and excited quizzards! Pogue Mahoney came back after a several weeks hiatus and took home the first place prize scoring 69 (snicker) points with some awesome game play that included taking the lead in Round number 4 by getting the identifying the famous person with the ten point clue, and they also successfully doubled in round 3 and 5! Gin Soaked Bar Maids continued their great play by taking home 2nd place and was hot on Pogue Mahoney's heels all night, scoring 66 points. And with a successful double in the final round, The Dong Awakens took home the 3rd place prize with 60 points. The drinking round was won by The Three Amigos, whose team representative won by successfully starting and stopping a smartphone stopwatch as close to ten seconds as possible at 10.01 seconds with only using his nose. Looking forward to another fun night next week!

QUIZ RECAP
A little slower night than normal at Pickwick's Pub this last Wednesday night, however still a great crowd full of enthusiastic Quizards! With 2 successful double downs, once in round two, and a more timely one in round 6 to take the lead, The Mildings couldn't be caught for the final round unless someone else was able to double on a very difficult Shakespeare themed round 7. Gin Soaked Bar Maids had the lead most of the night from round 2 on until The Mildings doubled down successfully in the 6th round to take the lead from them. Gin Soaked Bar Maids took the 2nd place prize, and the Mighty Mighty Puffins took 3rd after a great double in round 5. The drinking round was also won by the Mildings who correctly answered 19 of 20 artists and songs that were 8-bit video game sounding cover songs of 80s music. It was a fun night and I hope to see everyone next week for some more fun!

QUIZ RECAP
Another Wednesday night King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub is in the books. Einstein's Dong Dong, a combo of two of the stronger teams at Pickwick's who were both missing team members joined together to dominate the entire night, taking the 1st place prize leading all night long starting with a succesful double down on the first round. Gin Soaked Bar Maids, another consistently strong team from week to week took the second place prize as they were battling Einstein's Dick for the top spot all night long, and came within 4 points of taking the 1st place prize. 3rd place prize went to Mildings after they successfully answered the 10 point clue in Round number 4. They came close to the 2nd place prize by 2 points. The drinking round tonight was also fun as one player from each team lined up to throw 3 darts with their non dominate hands to see who would get the closest to the bullseye. After throwing 2 darts off the board, Einstein's Dong Dong's player got his last dart the closest the bullseye to also win the drinking round for a complete sweep of the prizes for Wednesday night's game. What a night! See you next week!
