QUIZ RECAP

Another glorious sunny night at the Paddle Pub in Stanwood.

Older Budweiser started out hot and never looked back. Scoring perfect rounds four times and doubling on three of them.

Second and Third was going to be a battle between the regular Team Wolf Pack and a new force to be reckoned with Facts are Facts (A Rupau'ls Dragrace reference). The third round unsuccessful double or nothing ending up costing Facts are Facts the second place trophy.

Party Llama used a last ditch effort to take fourth place which is been their best effort to date. And in Last Place stayed out of the cellar with a solid final round.

We want to welcome Webbco and Bud & Dar as new teams and hopefully we will see them again in the future.

Answer of the night goes to Webbco listing Mr. T as a Greek God.

I hope everybody had as much fun as I did. I look forward to seeing everybody again next week.

QUIZ RECAP

Wow, we had a packed house tonight. Not an open table in the area. Although not everybody was playing, the atmosphere was electric.

Older Budweiser jumped out to an early lead with a successful 12 point round in round 1. In round 3 Team Wolf Pack decided to get in on the double round with their own 12 point round. At that point it was a two horse race for the top two spots and everybody else was playing for the bronze. Yard Golfers decided to join the fun in round three after missing the first two rounds.

The "Who Am I" round proved to be a difficult one for 6 of the 9 teams with 5 of them taking the -1 and one team not even guessing and happy to take the 0. On the other hand Team Wolf Pack, D & M, and Yard Golfers proved their knowledge of Robin Wright.

Going into the final round the top two spots were already spoken for with Team Wolf Pack and Older Budweiser taking their normal spots on the podium but the fight for third wasn't over and we finally had a sports question, albeit hockey was the category. With that being said Lineys had a successful double round to catch and pass the late starting team of Yard Golfers to take home the third place cash prize.

Special thanks to all the remaining teams that did not cash out. I hope everybody had fun tonight.

QUIZ RECAP

Another wonderful night of King Trivia at The Paddle Pub.

Older Budweiser jumped out to an early lead with the first successful double round in round 1. Round 2 had two teams successfully double up (Where's Evan & Older Budweiser).

It looked like it was going to be a 2 horse race until the fourth round but the two leaders both guessed Guess Who incorrectly. We Know Nothin' showed that they were true Ellen DeGeneres fans guessing it for a perfect 10 points.

It was a competitive race going into the last round with 4 of the five teams being within 10 points. At the end it was Older Budweiser (minus Carol) taking the crown. Second place would go to Where's Evan (Maybe Evan can remember we start at 7:00). The third place goes to one of the new teams JB Squared.

The Tysons just missed out and came in fourth. We Know Nothin' promises to bring some friends and kick some ass next week.
