QUIZ RECAP

Tonight was a three horse race.

The Lake Crew jumped out to an early lead after round 2. After round 5 they were still in the lead by 6 and 7 points over the other two teams.

When I announced the category in round six a sudden "Woohoo" came from The New Locals and I saw Older Budweiser lower their heads and shake. The New Locals doubled the round and took over first place. Older Budweiser tried to double but to no avail.

In the end The New Locals what for a second straight week, The Lake Crew held on for second and Older Budweiser came in third. Nobody was a loser tonight and everybody went home with a prize.

Looking forward to next weeks Spooky Halloween trivia. I hope to see everybody and have a great time.

QUIZ RECAP

It was another fun night at The Paddle Pub. The food sure smells good up here.

From the get go this was going to be a two horse race from the two veteran teams Older Budweiser and The New Locals.

The New Locals jumped out on top with an early double round in the first.

For the next couple of rounds Older Budweiser tried to scratch their way to the top. They made a bold move in the Guess Who round that did not pay off for them. Then again another bold move in the fifth trying to double down but was unsuccessful. That made it pretty easy for The New Locals to cruise to the end with out much hesitation.

This is the second time in a few weeks that The New Locals were able to take down the house champions. Do we have a new house champion? Only time will tell.

Thank you for everybody that came out to support this trivia night. I hope to see everybody and their friends next week.

QUIZ RECAP

It was a beautiful fall night at The Paddle Pub. The sun was out and there was a great trivia match going on inside.

Older Budweiser took an early lead but not by much.

The remaining teams were battling it out for second untilt he fourth round came which gave us a new leader. Peppas Pig jumped out on top after guessing Fergie correctly.

Going into the final round only three points separated the remaining three teams. Who was going to win? Would we need a tie breaker? Was Older Budweiser going to lose two in a row after not losing since July?

The last round had high scores with Older Budweiser leapfrogging the field with a successful double round. Peppas Pig held onto a slim lead over We Hate the Huskies for second place.
