About Rasselbock Kitchen & Beer Garden

We are striving to bring the best in fresh & authentic German cuisine to Long Beach. Our menu includes various versions of schnitzel, sausages, Bavarian pretzels and of course our famous apple strudel.

It also includes multiple vegetarian & vegan options and kid-friendly dishes.

Rasselbock, Kitchen & Beer Garden is located in Bixby Knolls, a beautiful neighborhood just 10 min from Downtown Long Beach.

We have a parking lot with over 40 spots behind the restaurant and free parking on Atlantic Ave for 2h. Rasselbock is a German restaurant and pub specializing in German food with a modern twist and freshly tapped German and Belgian beers since we opened in 2016. Featuring over 35 German and Belgian beers, homemade sangrias and a great selection of German and Californian Wines.

Another competitive week of Rasselbock trivia saw newcomer Projectile Vomit escaping with a one point victory over It's Pronounced Larry, Like the Bird on the strength of 3 doubles.

Marshall's Minions was foiled by a failed double in round 2, but still managed to claim 3rd place.

Parseltongues got the drinking round, and was one answer away from leaping into first place with a final round double.

Revenge of the TimTom won again this week, doubling the first three rounds and cruising to a smooth 77 points. They made it a clean sweep by winning the drinking round too. Pants! held off Leftover Larry for second place.

The final score this week belied the closeness of the game, as it was quite a tossup until the final round.

Tardy for the Party held a one point lead going into the final round, with three opponents within five points.

TimTom is Starving and Back By Popular Demand, however, saved their best for last and flexed their Supreme Court knowledge to each double-or-nothing the final round and jump into first and second.

Back by Popular Demand won the drinking round.
