About Rasselbock Kitchen & Beer Garden

We are striving to bring the best in fresh & authentic German cuisine to Long Beach. Our menu includes various versions of schnitzel, sausages, Bavarian pretzels and of course our famous apple strudel.

It also includes multiple vegetarian & vegan options and kid-friendly dishes.

Rasselbock, Kitchen & Beer Garden is located in Bixby Knolls, a beautiful neighborhood just 10 min from Downtown Long Beach.

We have a parking lot with over 40 spots behind the restaurant and free parking on Atlantic Ave for 2h. Rasselbock is a German restaurant and pub specializing in German food with a modern twist and freshly tapped German and Belgian beers since we opened in 2016. Featuring over 35 German and Belgian beers, homemade sangrias and a great selection of German and Californian Wines.

An excellent game this week, with an incredible three teams in the 80s! 

Marshalls Minions was in control of this one early-- doubling each of the first three rounds. Pants!, Larry Schmoopy, and This is 39 all stayed within striking distance, however, and strike they did--Pants! and Larry Schmoopy each doubled rounds 6 and 7, and This is 39 missed theirs by one answer in each round or they would have been in the 80s too. Minions couldn't come up with the tenth four-letter UN country, then lost a tiebreaker for second.

A points explosion this week as two teams vied for the high score of the year! TimTom got a haircut and Larry you broke up the band each doubled in every possible round but one, and ended with 96 and 95 points, respectively.

Beitar Birobidzhan narrowly missed joining them in the 80+ range, but narrowly missed his round 7 double attempt, allowing Estefania & Augusta & alexsandr & alvin to take third with 65.

Team Green got the drinking round.
