One of the best things about hosting Wednesday Night Trivia at The Backdoor Bakery and Cafe in Sunland/Tujunga is the bakery part. Take a look at photo number 8 above! Nothing goes better with the delicious selection of pastas and sauces offered here than a delectable cookie or fresh bun! Sah-weeeeet!
Speaking of sweet, Hodge Podge had a sweet time of it, winning the quiz with a strong score of 74. Shana Maidelas and THAT team! turned the quest for 2nd place into an epic battle. And an unfortunate failed double attempt in Round 6 left frequent winner Team Pudding struggling to recover.
Oh! We know that stings, pudding crew. Perhaps a cookie will ease the pain a bit!

The Wednesday trivia night soiree at The Backdoor Bakery and Cafe was a delightfully competitive romp this week, with our top two teams separated by just one point halfway through the evening.
And when the dust settled and the quizzing was through, We're Playing Different won the night by just two points over the always tough Shana Maidelas.
Our youngest quizzer, El Duderino (photo 7 above) gave the quizmaster his best "what the hell are you doing?" look when we took his picture, and Specialty Cheeses won the drinking round by demonstrating an excellent knowledge of 90's movies. hey didn't miss a thing!
