CRAZY AWESOME night at PH!! Thank you everyone who came out!! It definitely felt like fall with some windy weather!!
It seems like tonight's find the connection round was a hot topic!! We had about 50/50 figure out the connection so lots of buzz going on about The Very Hungry Caterpillar!!
The craziest part of the night came to the TIE-BREAKER ROUND. Tequila Mockingbirds vs. Bedknobs and Broomsticks. As I read the question, things got quiet as teams began to deliberate...how many telephones were there in the United States in 1880??? Hmmmmmm.
Tequila guessed 9
Bedknobs guessed 5
All teams were shocked when they learned the correct answer was 47,900 TELEPHONES!!!
Both teams quickly assumed the other had beaten them!!! Tequila was SHOCKED they won by barely a hair!!!
Really quite a plot twist of the night that everyone seemed to enjoy!!!

Great night at Pineapple Hill!! Huge shoutout to Ben's parents!! Our fav Tuesday night server, Ben brought his parents into play some trivia!! They were greeted by warm welcomes and rounds of applause!!
Congrats to team 20th Anniversary. Kill us. Though they didn't come even close to winning.....I'd say they're definitely winning in life!! Cheers to the next 20!!!
Things were shaken up big time tonight, as the 3 Cool Boys claimed the gold medal!! Awesome job!!

Things started out with a 5-way tie for a few rounds which was later broken up by 1 point leads between 1-5th places, crazy!
Interesting...during round 3 we learned that only one team listened in their middle school history class to remember what a 'butte' is! Congrats to the oxymorons!!
On the Bench got to claim the drinking round victory after gambling like champions!!
