Hello trivia people!

As we are gearing up for the New Year, as a host, tonight I got an intimate game. We started with three teams but after round 4, one of the teams sadly dropped out.

Tequlia Mockingbird got the first double of nothing in round one and led the night up until round 5 when Half Smoke came through with their first successful double or nothing leaving enough of a score gap to seal a strong first place finish.

Tequlia Mockingbird put up a strong fight with only two members of their team tonight, free smoke had the upper hand with a few more brains on deck.

Though we only had two teams tonight through the latter half, it was exciting to have a battle royale of sorts watching both teams thrive tonight.

QUIZ RECAP

Christmas week is here and six teams showed up tonight for the action.

Round 5 was where the first accomplished double or nothing points were given to both Tequlia Mockingbird and Kids Table.

In Round 6, Free Smoke earned their own double or nothing.

The game was pretty close even up until the end where Gazpacho lost their double or nothing and at least third place finish.

After a few weeks of hosting here, the top three teams tonight (well, all of the teams honestly,) really powered through. 

1. The Kids Table (Held their top place consistently through the night)

2. Free Smoke (Climbed the ranks and pulled above a tie between Gazpacho)

3. Tequlia Mockingbirds (Tonight's scoreboard climber and round 5 fact check confirmer)

QUIZ RECAP

Tonight was a cozy night! Not only weather wise but also due to the volume of teams. We kept it tight with four teams tonight!

The leader of the pack tonight, Tequlia Mockingbird had a strong night. They successfully double or nothing'd the first three rounds and were the only team to guess correctly on round 4. 

Our second place team held their own with two successful double or nothings within the first four rounds. The oxymorons stayed strong staying neck in neck until the end.

Our third and fourth place teams had their own competition going on tonight. The scores were all pretty tight until the end and I'd like to give a shout out to all the teams tonight for showing up and playing well.
