QUIZ RECAP

Wooooo! Both the front and back rooms of Pickwick's Pub were full of trivia fiends on Wednesday for King Trivia! We had a blast together didn't we?

For the Drinking Round, teams had to send one member of their team up to compete. Each player played one hand of blackjack one at time. If they beat the dealer they moved on and started in the game. If you busted out or the dealer beat your hand, you were out. Players played until only two teams were left standing, and then both players played head to head against the dealer. Neither player busted and neither did the dealer, but one team ended up with 21, one team ended up with 19, and the dealer ended up with 20. So the last team left standing and the winners of the Drinking Round was team Fact to the Future! Awesome job! What a blackjack marathon that was!

Coming in 3rd place scoring 72 points were the Panty Droppers! They took home a $10 gift certificate! Way to go!

Coming in 2nd was the hilariously named "I Don't Give a Shit About Stanley or His Cup" who scored a whopping 75 points and took home a $20 gift certificate! Amazing!

Finally, our continuously high-placing regular team, Hanky Panky killed it again with 88 points and took home the $30 gift certificate for yet again coming in 1st place! Fantastic job as always!

QUIZ RECAP

Boy did we have a blast on Wednesday night at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia!

7 teams of excited quizzers came to have their minds blown with an equal amount of rounds of King Trivia!

For the Drinking Round, teams sent one of their players up to compete. That player had 45 seconds to transfer as many Skittles from one plate to another, using only a straw. Sounds easy enough right? Well, each plate were on stools set about 6 feet away from each other. See the pictures above for what it looked like! Two teams got 9, two teams got 7, Team Michael then went and scored 10. But, the final team to go, the Glizzy Gladiators, came up and ended up transferring 13 Skittles successfully, to win the Drinking Round for his team! What a fun, and yummy Drinking Round!

As for the winning circle for King Trivia, we had Hanky Panky, our frequently top-placing team, come in 3rd with 52 points. Team Hpold on to Your Butts came in 2nd and took home the $20 gift certificate. And finally, our first place team, taking home a $30 gift certificate, Tickle My Pickle! They scored 60 points to take that to prize!

QUIZ RECAP

We had a pretty packed house for King Trivia last night at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills! It was a great night filled with good music and great questions! Very competitive battle amongst all teams competing last night!

For the Drinking Round teams played head to head high card draw. Simply, whoever drew the highest card got to move on to the next round. It came down to a face off of Hanky Panky and Sloppy Stakes. Sloppy Stakes drew a Jack and Hanky Panky drew an queen and won the Drinking Round and a round of shots for their team! 

They also came in 2nd place after battling it out from the very beginning. Way to go last night Hanky Panky!

Coming in third were The Survivors who were last week's champion, so they were trying to defend their title. They just came up a little bit short, but still ended up in the winners circle and taking home a $10 gift certificate. Awesome job!

And coming in 1st, scoring a whopping 76 points, was team, We Cool! They benefited by doubling in Round 6 successfully and Hanky Panky didn't double down that round, which put We Cool in the lead heading into the final round. They were able to hang on to that lead and ended up with the $30 gift certificate! Way to play guys!
