QUIZ RECAP
It was another fun night of King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills! There was a little bit of an eating competition that was pretty leisurely, and prizes given out! Here's the recap:
For the Drinking Round, teams had to send up a player for a little bit of an eating competition. The three players that came up to compete were given ten Ritz saltine crackers and had to eat them as quickly as possible, and be the first team to whistle the first part of Mary had a Little Lamb without any pieces of crackers coming out of their mouths. The Mighty Mighty Puffins just came up to eat the crackers, so they were just enjoying themselves, but Hanky Panky took it more seriously and won the Drinking Round and the round of shots for their team. Awesome!
Coming in Third Place for the night and winning themselves a $10 gift certificate! They scored 49 points!
In second, scoring 54 points, was Trebek's Worst Nightmare! Trebek isn't even afraid of cancer, but he's afraid of this team! They took home the $20 gift certificate! Way to go!
Finally, who do you think took 1st place? Did you have any doubt it would be the Mighty Mighty Puffins? They continued their dominance Wednesday scoring a whopping 73 points! The only team to make the Tournament of Champions from Pickwick's Pub, they again showed why they're a force to be reckoned with! Woot woot! Enjoy that $30 gift certificate!

QUIZ RECAP
Another fun night was had back at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia after a two week hiatus for Christmas and New Year's. A guest host Adam who was recently hired by King Trivia helped Quizmaster Danny with his hosting duties as the pair tag teamed to delight the trivia players with all kinds of trivia fun!
For the Drinking Round, teams had to come up with their funniest New Year's Resolutions. Whoever had the best one voted on by the two trivia hosts and the bartenders Chris and Kayla, would win a round of shots for whomever was drinking on their team. The winning submission came from team Xenolux who's new years resolution vow was to end the reign of trivia dominance of the Mighty Mighty Puffins, one of Pickwick's Pub's King Trivia top teams every week. Excellent submission Xenolux! Hope you enjoyed the shots!
Xenolux also took home 2nd place scoring a whopping 70 points and winning a $20 gift certificate for their team. Woot woot! What a night for Xenolux!
Coming in third place and scoring 65 points, was team The Yo-Bros, who scored 65 points! Awesome job!
And of course, already breaking Xenolux's New Year's Resolution, were the Mighty Mighty Puffins taking home 1st place. They scored a HUGE 96 points to take home the $30 gift certificate! Amazing!

QUIZ RECAP
Well it was a week before Christmas, and all through the bar, 85+ people were stirring with anticipation for King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia! The house was packed and the quizmaster full of cheer, all ready with questions for all teams to hear.
For the Drinking Round, teams sent one player up to compete, and one by one, each contestant would have to say a famous Christmas movie. If the movie wasn't on the list the contestant was out, and if they said a movie already guessed by another contestant they would be out. The last person standing would win the Drinking Round and a round of shots for their team for whoever was drinking. Brainy Vixens won the round being the last person standing! Woot woot!
Coming in third place for the evening, was team Hanky Panky! Always a strong contender, they scored 65 points to be out the rest of the teams (but two) for the $10 gift certificate! Great job Hanky Panky!
In second place, scoring just a little bit more, with 66 points, were the Mighty Mighty Puffins! Usually coming in first most weeks, the Puffins have slipped a little in the past few weeks, but way to go for slipping a little and still scoring 2nd place and a $20 gift certificate! They have a couple weeks off to try and reclaim the top spot.
And last but not least, your first place winners, scoring a HUGE 78 points, were Xenolux! They won a $30 gift certificate for the 2nd time in a month! They are starting to be serious competition for the Puffins and Hanky Panky! Amazing job!
