QUIZ RECAP

Wednesday night's continue to be a blast at Pickwick's Pub on for King Trivia.

For the drinking round, teams had to pick a player who had to dip their nose in some Vaseline, then pick up a cotton ball with their nose, then transfer it over into a bowl. Whichever team had the most cotton balls in the bowl after 40 seconds would win the drinking round. With 4 cotton balls successfully transferred into the bowl, The Survivors won the drinking round! Coming in 3rd was Alternative Facts, who was a history teacher playing by himself and scoring a whopping 57 POINTS! Hats off to you sir!

In second place with 60 points and also the winners of the drinking round, were The Survivors.

And continuing their weekly dominating performance, The Mighty Mighty Puffins scored 66 points and won the 1st place prize.

QUIZ RECAP

Wowzers! What a packed house it was on Wednesday for King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills! A group of 20 beautiful moms took up half the bar to play some trivia as well!

See the hilarious pics for the drinking round above! Teams had to pick two players each to play the drinking round. One player in each team would continue to add toilet paper rolls between theirs and their partner's hands. Whomever had the most toilet paper rolls stacked horizontally between their hands in 30 seconds without dropping them would win. Successfully holding 10 toilet paper rolls and winning the drinking round was Bristol Fashion!

The top three teams were all separated by only 1 point each!

Coming in 3rd with 64 points was Hard Pass. In 2nd with 65 points was Super Mega Power Trio. And in 1st place, was the Mighty Mighty Puffins with 66 points. Super Mega Power Trio led the entire night, but The Mighty Mighty Puffins kept eating away at the lead, and in the final round answered two more questions right then SMPT to win the 1st place prize.

What a night it was! It can was again next Wednesday if you wants it to! Come on out at 8:00 to play next week.

Here's a trivia question for you, is there anything more fun to do on a Wednesday night than playing King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub at 8:00? The answer is a resounding no, and any of the 7 teams there this past Wednesday would answer that question the same.

For the drinking round, teams had to send one player up to compete head to head against another team's nominated player.  On go,  each player had 5 ping pong balls that they had to try and bounce into their corresponding pitcher. After 30 seconds whomever had the most ping pong balls in the pitcher would move on to the next round.  For the final round of the drinking round, the Mighty Mighty Puffins went head to head vs. The Clarendon Cuties. Coming in third place on Wednesday night was team Been Through the Desert with a Team with no Name. They scored 38 points.

For first and second place, we had to have a tie breaker because both the Mighty Mighty Puffins and the Renaissance Women scored 46 points. They had to send one player up to answer a final tie breaker question which asked them to guess what the current dollar value is of all the gold in Fort Knox. Guessing the closest were the Renaissance Women who took home the first place prize while the Mighty Mighty Puffins took second place.
